We Are Looking for A South Indian Chettinadu Chef with Years of Professional Experience in Indian Cuisine Field with the Following Requirements and Responsibilities.

Job Types: (Full-Time / Half-Time), (Permanent/ Temporary)

Working Hours: 40 hours per weeks

Experience: 5 years of experience

Requirements:
  • Eligibility to Live and Work in UK
  • High Level Skills and Mastery in Preparation of Authentic Chettinadu Dishes and Other Specialties.
  • Proven Previous Experience at Required Skill Level.
  • Prepare All Food Items as Directed in A Sanitary and Timely Manner.
  • Menu Planning and Implementation.
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing innovative and authentic Chettinadu dishes and other related varieties.
  • Ensure Taste, Quality and Cost Optimization.
  • Ensuring Culinary Standards and Responsibilities Are Met
  • Quality Checks, and Following Health and Hygiene Compliance and HACCP Protocols
  • Capacity to Work Under Pressure During the Hectic Period.
