We Are Looking for A South Indian Chettinadu Chef with Years of Professional Experience in Indian Cuisine Field with the Following Requirements and Responsibilities.
Job Types: (Full-Time / Half-Time), (Permanent/ Temporary)
Working Hours: 40 hours per weeks
Experience: 5 years of experience
Requirements:
- Eligibility to Live and Work in UK
- High Level Skills and Mastery in Preparation of Authentic Chettinadu Dishes and Other Specialties.
- Proven Previous Experience at Required Skill Level.
- Prepare All Food Items as Directed in A Sanitary and Timely Manner.
- Menu Planning and Implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing innovative and authentic Chettinadu dishes and other related varieties.
- Ensure Taste, Quality and Cost Optimization.
- Ensuring Culinary Standards and Responsibilities Are Met
- Quality Checks, and Following Health and Hygiene Compliance and HACCP Protocols
- Capacity to Work Under Pressure During the Hectic Period.
